At Club Orange, our mission is to build thriving Bitcoin communities worldwide by connecting Bitcoiners with each other, local events, and the merchants who already accept Bitcoin. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow our online presence, communicate our mission clearly, and help scale Club Orange across Bitcoin-native platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands Bitcoin culture and knows how to turn product updates, community stories, and ideas into consistent, high-impact content.

What You Will Be Doing

Content Creation & Publishing
Create, schedule, and publish content across Club Orange’s social channels, ensuring a consistent tone, message, and visual identity.

‍Platform Management
Manage and grow our presence on X, Instagram, and LinkedIn, adapting content to each platform while maintaining brand consistency.

‍Community Engagement
Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and help foster a strong, authentic Bitcoin-focused community around the brand.

‍Campaign & Announcement Support
Turn product updates, feature launches, events, and partnerships into clear, compelling social content.

‍Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor engagement and growth metrics across platforms, test content formats, and optimize posting strategies based on performance.

‍Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure messaging alignment and timely communication.

What We Look For in You

Passion for Bitcoin
You understand Bitcoin culture and communicate in a way that resonates with Bitcoiners.

‍Proven Social Media Experience
Experience managing and growing social media accounts, ideally in tech, startups, or Bitcoin-related projects.

‍Strong Writing Skills
Able to write concise, clear, and engaging copy tailored to X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

‍Organized & Consistent
Capable of managing a content calendar and posting consistently without close supervision.

‍Startup Mentality
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

‍Bitcoin-Native Experience (Bonus)
Experience growing accounts on X, Instagram, or LinkedIn within Bitcoin, tech, or startup ecosystems.

Compensations & Benefits
‍
- Part-time role (20-30 hours a month)
- Initial 3-month contract, with opportunity to extend based on performance
- $500 monthly base pay + performance-based bonuses (paid in fiat or BTC)
- Realistic bonus upside of $500–$2,000 over the contract period, based on milestone achievements
‍- Opportunity to grow the role and compensation as Club Orange scales
- Work with a globally distributed, Bitcoin-only team
- Direct exposure to the Bitcoin startup ecosystem
