As Bitcoin maximalists like yourself, we're committed to privacy. You can sign up with just an email address or your Nostr npub, and we don't store any sensitive data.
Geolocation & Location Services
The goal of this app is to connect you with nearby Bitcoiners. In order to do so we need to know - roughly - where you are. However, since we don't deliver pizza, we only use approximate geolocation.
Membership & Payment Options
Paid membership means no bots, no scammers, no spammers, no shitcoiners, no ads, and no selling your data. As the saying goes: "if something is free, you are the product". Building and running an app is expensive, so instead of tracking you and selling your data to the highest bidder, we ask every member to pay. That keeps us independent, and means everyone you meet has skin in the game.
Wallet
Yes. You hold the keys, not us. You can export your 12-word seed phrase anytime from the wallet settings. If Club Orange disappears tomorrow, your Bitcoin is still yours.
